We at room365 have been firmly rooted in real estate of all kinds for over 20 years. Even as children we were fascinated by the diversity in the real estate industry. How, for example, old, dilapidated buildings can become jewels again or how a large-scale project can gradually grow. We were particularly impressed by the construction of Taipei Tower 101. A large construction site, well organized down to the smallest detail. The decision to remain professionally in the real estate sector was actually clear. We can proudly say that we have turned our hobby into a profession.

New construction projects have become our passion, as has the renovation of old buildings. Many years ago, however, we specialized in renting out fully furnished apartments. As is so often the case, the idea for this came from my own experience. During a business trip abroad, I lived in a boarding house myself for a month. I was impressed by this type of temporary living, which was far from being as well known in Germany as it is today. I took my experiences home with me and implemented them. This is how room365 temporary living came about! 

Our aim is to provide temporary apartments in which you can feel at home. We attach great importance to sufficient space, sleeping comfort and opportunities to retreat. You will only find self-contained residential units with us, with kitchen and bathroom. Renting individual rooms is not part of our concept. With us you get a home, not just a place to sleep. We don't have shared bathrooms or kitchens, connecting rooms or bunk beds! You will deliberately not find this at room365, nor the rental by the day. Our minimum length of stay is one month, because according to our understanding, a second home is only then needed.

We also have a large number of unfurnished apartments on offer, because we have always remained true to our origins, the new building projects. Our apartments are constantly kept up to date and renovation work is carried out regularly. You don't have to worry about anything! WiFi is always available, there is a TV in each apartment and most apartments have their own washer and dryer, otherwise the machines are in the laundry room. The kitchens are always equipped with an oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment. Sustainability is also an important concern for us. Most houses are already equipped with photovoltaic systems, the others will be successively retrofitted. Our employees are on the road for you with electric cars.
