The spacious daylight bathroom not only offers a shower with rain shower, but also has your washing machine and dryer ready. Large window areas allow you to look outside at any time, in the evening the electric shutters offer you sufficient blackout options. The underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in winter.

Many apartments have a French balcony, some also have a large terrace.

A Quooker-Water Tap is available on the ground floor. Here you can tap chilled water (sparkling or still) at any time. An ironing station is also available here.
